Refund Policy

Refunds for JetSteal Premium, and where to go for travel refunds.

Travel bookings

JetSteal does not take bookings or payments for travel. Refunds, cancellations and changes for flights, hotels, cars, activities, cruises and insurance are handled by the provider you booked with, under their policy. Contact them directly.

JetSteal Premium

You can cancel Premium at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically refund partial months.

If you were charged in error or something went wrong on our side, contact [support@jetsteal.com] and we'll make it right. [Attorney to confirm statutory cooling-off rights by jurisdiction.]

How to request
